On Song

During my stay in London last week, I came across this crude, but accurate & effective ditty about London mayor Boris Johnson: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=q2MLyV7wsAE .
After all, let's not forget his approval of comments made by Simon Heffer in a Spectator editorial about Liverpool in the wake of Ken Bigley's murder.

What's the "Trinity Mirror Transformation Project" that's not now going to be getting any NWDA funding, listed on this page: http://www.placenorthwest.co.uk/news/archive/6758-nwda-lists-projects-hit-by-spending-cuts.html ?

Are they now trying to bill tax payers for their redundancies?

It was money to be allocated in an attempt to get Trinity Mirror newspapers to publish something resembling the truth instead of the unvarnished bilge & corporate PR bollox they normally print.

Now the cash isn't there, the Oldham Press can carry on as normal.
